October Training Plan

My goal is to scour the interwebs for the best plans that fit my skill set and lifestyle through the winter to create my own training plan.  Then, reevaluate come February and maybe hire a coach for some tune ups.
In my head I will come back at the end of the month and update what did and didn't get finished.
